Advice on Elements 9 & baby bump!

Hi all

I've been asked by a model to artificially enlarge a baby bump. I have PhotoShop Elements 9 - could anyone advise on the best way to approach this?

Difficult without seeing the shot, but if you use the lasso tool with a biggish feather to select the bump, and then Filter>Distort>Spherize, that may do it.

Maybe try the liquify filter and the "bloat" option also?
