5D, 100-400, 28-200 USM, 580 EX II, bit's and bob's.
I am not an adventurer, but I would like a decent bag with a bit of extra room for my snacks etc.
'LOWPRO'.

Jim PhotoPlus are offering this month a free Lowepro fastback backpack 200 if you subscribe for 12 months normally £60. I can't wait to get it as it looks at great bag.

The mini trekker series are quite a good size. I have an original mini trekker, from before it was called the classic. I'm pretty sure it could hold what you've mentioned
.

Check out the Lowepro Orion AW - it is a belt pack that has a day pack which you can attach to turn the bag in to a rucksack.

I have one and the base holds - 2xD200s (both without grip, 1 with 35-70 f2.8 attached), 80-200 f2.8, 18-70mm, 50mm f1.8, 105mm VR Macro, Batteries, Memory Cards, Lee Filter Holder.

Hey

I have very similar kit out to you and i found the Tamrac Adventure 7

Called up cameraworld and they suggested i go for that over the lowepro

I used to have the lowepro Micro Trekker 200AW

Dad has the Mini Trekker and that has room for all his kit and he has a little more than you

They said the adventure 7 is more spacious and better but if your looking for big size

Try Mini trekker and Tamrac Adventure 7

Again, thank you all for the help and advice,
Jim
