lol I can so easily lose an afternooon on that OfCom site reading all these upheld complaints

I did complain about a premium rate operator cold calling me once, to ICSTIS, and thought nothing more of it until about 6 months later I got an email from them saying my complaint had been upheld and the operator had been barred for 2 years and fined 20,000....result
