AdobeRGB or sRGB camera setting?

As per the title really?

Have come across this and can't get my head around it. I use adobe photoshop for post processing so should it be set to AdobeRGB?

Or should I set it to whatever a printing service is using to get the best results?

Or does it not matter in the slightest?

I did try, but the title was (nikon d3 settings) so didn't think to click on it to see the content as I use Canon. Will check better next time

I read a great piece of advice on this subject once.

"If you have to ask, then you don't need Adobe RGB - stick to SRGB"
