I notice on the Adobe website they are advertising the photography bundle for £9.98 per month however I am currently paying £10.10 per month.
I contacted Adobe to question this and this is their reply.
"
Thank you for contacting Adobe.

We are responding to the case number: ADB-XXXXXXXXXX-B0H8 regarding the price discrepancies with the billing you received and the price on the website.

We have received the following response from our senior department that the order for your subscription was placed in July 2015 and this offer went live in Nov 2015. That is the reason you are seeing the difference in the price.

Therefore, the only option is to cancel and purchase the subscription again.

If you have any other concern, please do let us know as we are available over the chat 24x7 to assist you.Thank you for contacting Adobe Customer Care."

What incredibly poor customer service and a complete lack of regard for loyal customers.

Not sure that I entirely agree with you, despite my cancelling my CC plan last year.
Prices change and loads of companies give offers to new customers, however they are providing you with the information as to how to change to the new lower price ... I'm not sure what else you expect of them.

You signed a contract you were happy with at the time.

Now you're miffed as they've dropped the prices, probably to entice more people to sign up?

It's called business.

I think personally, i'd have hoped that they'd say all of the above up to the 'reason you are seeing the difference in price' and then maybe followed that u with 'would you like me to cancel your old subscription and put you on the new price'

That's how I would have helped my loyal customer of 2 years

That said, i very rarely find any customer services that are out to help customers without you making a fuss

They gave you an answer to your question. The rest is up to you. If you think that the hassle of cancelling and taking out a new subscription to save 12p a month is a worthwhile use of your time go for it. Personally I think it's just another excuse to bash Adobe as seems to be quite common these days.

:agree:

Absolutely, how dare Adobe make a profit!

The Photo package is a bargain when you compare it to your camera gear.

Stop moaning.

You're £1.44 out of pocket and you're complaining? :runaway:

If I were to find £1.44 I would be very :banana:Happy and put it in the charity box.
if £144 is stolen I am very cross indeed.

Have you thought of buying a pre paid year subscription instead of paying monthly? I've bought two lots of years subscription when they were on offer at £69.99 & £74.25. I'm signed up until November 2019 at roughly £6 a month, even without the offer its £100 per year (£8.33 per month) at amazon, much cheaper than the monthly subscription.

For as long as the pre paid yearly subscription is possible I will do that as I can lock a year in a price that suits me if I shop around and keep an eye out for deals.

I did this and caution against it.

I bought 12 months for £80 odd quid just before they launched the new CC / Classic models. Applied it to my account and though I was a happy bunny.

Then came the CC launch - that's okay I though as they converted my account to use both with the 20Gb drive. I played with both and thought I'd give CC a proper go, but wanted to get a bit more disk space. No problem I thought, I'll go online and upgrade - no dice, so I call - long and short of it is the same advice to OP, you need to cancel and re-subscribe...

"What happens to the 11 months I have left I've pre-paid for?" I ask, "Will they be credited to the new account or will I just get a refund?"

"Oh no", they say, "you will lose those".

"Is there anyway I can add extra space without losing the pre-paid months?" I ask again?

"No - you need to cancel and re-subscribe".

So I have some sympathy with the OP, and don't recommend the pre-paid subs if you need flexibility. Never found it so hard to give money to a company.
