Beginner Adobe photoshop CS6 which book to buy

I am very interested in using adobe photo shop CS6 and am wondering what is the best book to purchase.
I know people will say look up You tube but I am a turn the pages sort of person..LOL

I've always found Martin Evening's books good but I too am now a You Tube convert. Tutorials from the likes of Phlearn.com are bits sized chunks of practical greatness [emoji3]
 
I'd say Martin Evening or the Adobe "Classroom in a book" if you want something on the shelf.
 
Classroom in a Book if you're a beginner. The Martin Evening books if you're more advanced.
 
I've always used the Scott Kelby books, while a lot of people don't like his corney jokes throughout his books including myself, I do find his style is very very simple to follow, he also gets plenty of great reviews via Amazon and other sites, so I guess he must be doing something right.
 
I've just got Scott's CC&6 book it's like a Sears & Robuck catalogue and reads like War and Peace but I'm getting their ;)
