Yes
I needed a image software programme and have always worked with Adobe CS3 and 4 at uni. Although these are great I never took up the chance to buy them.

I just got adobe Elements 9 for £22.99 as part of Amazons Black Friday deals. Is that a bargain? Is it a good programme. I've used elements 5 before so as long as it's better than that :)

Kind regards

Sarah

bargain!

Bargin and well done for managing to getting it! Wifey wanted to get some of the candle light things they had going earlier in the day but they sold out in the space of a few seconds

Yes that is a bargain, but be aware that if you don't have a dual core processor and try to use the healing brush the program will crash and switch off. If you switch it from 'content-aware' to 'proximity match' it should be okay on that setting. Adobe have said that they will look into providing a patch for this, but not sure when.

Ooo I think I have the right one :)

2.13 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo

That should work like a dream!
I used to have CS4, but prefer Elements and Corel Paint Shop Pro, they are more than adequate for the processing I do.

Yep, they went in under 2 seconds. I dont even need it as I have the full CS5, but bought one anyway :D

Paintshop Pro is coming up at 5.00

Well done on the bargain!

I would be jealous but I never even saw it!!

Just got it tonight as back on at the same price £22.99 at 9pm, suggest keep looking over the next 2 days to see if it comes back on for a 3rd time.

I got one too. I went there just for a browse, see what all the fuss was about. Wasn't planning on buying anything. It was a few minutes past 9pm and I saw PSE9 for £22.99 and thought, oh, that's good. iirc it was at 9?% and I just clicked buy. Not sure why. I've not long bought LR3 and already have PSE7. Anway, I didn't expect to get it as I'd heard so many stories about people not winning anything, but by 2115 I'd paid and as I've signed up to the free trial of 'Prime' I should get it tomorrow. :)

It is only a bargain, if it's something you actually wanted.

Indeed it is :) Haven't got any editing software on the mac and needed some and thought this was the ideal opportunity. Especially seeing as I am totally skint at the mo.

Missed out yesterday, had two laptops ready this evening and got it!
Strange thing, the laptop I clicked to buy first it didn't work, but the second did

It's weird, I've tried 2 or 3 times to buy it this week clicking on it as soon as it's been available and failed. Tonight an hour after it became available I got a copy.

Maybe all the photographers are down the pub :D
