adobe creative cloud

does any one have the adobe creative cloud on there mac? using mainly photoshop / illustrator?
im having issues updating the software

Yup. What's the issues? Have you got the latest CC desktop app?

yeah got the app but when ever i go to update it just fails with

Adobe Illustrator CC Latest Updates (October 2014)
There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I210

done all of that even tried uninstalling it all and deleted the logs I've lit tried everything the internet has said

Have you found a direct download on Adobe site to install rather than through CC?

yeah i did which I've tried that swell bout that keeps failing swell on mu mac book and iMac

Strange it happens on both desktop and laptop. Sorry I can't be of any help

yeah i did begin to thick that it was a prob with adobe but there not replying on the forum

update it worked on my iMac for some strange reason but still won't work on my mac book pro??
