Adobe CC and switching from Windoze to Mac...

Hello Everyone

I would appreciate your thoughts on this...

I am of the opinion that I will probably have to do the appropriate Mac CC download but that I could migrate fairly easily from Windoze to Mac without having to buy another subscription...am I missing something?

Hi Anton, I have a good friend of mine who has done the transition from Windows to Mac and I believed he rang Adobe UK. He manages to get another Mac key without any extra cost and to his surprised, his iMac came with the Adobe CDs on delivery. I guessed that you might need to prove your iMac purchase (if new) or something can be done if it was used iMac?

No, you can just download the CC app and log in with your usual details then just download LR/Photoshop etc

Edit: you may need to deactivate CC on your PC as I believe there is a restriction on the number of machines you can install the software on.

I think you can get Photoshop Cc on 2 machines as I'm in a similar situation going from a PC to an IMac.
