Adobe CC activation

Do I have to wait for some kind of code from Adobe to activate CC.

I paid for a full year via Paypal on Friday evening for the Photographers package. However I've not received anything from Adobe to confirm this.

Do they send me a serial number at some time or do you think somethings gone wrong ?
 
I tried all the options, maybe its because I used PayPal to pay. If i try and use LR or Photoshop its asking for an activation code that I don't have yet. I'll contact Adobe tomorrow if it doesn't sort itself. My Adobe account is still showing trial versions.
 
I think the creative cloud app handles the activation these days, either that or logging into your account while you're in the respective program. I don't know enough about it to tell you exactly how it works unfortunately, and if I'm wrong then please somebody correct me :lol:

Just so we are clear, which version of PS and LR do you currently have installed? And how did you install those in the first place? With CC I've only ever done it the way Dave did above :)
 
Says trial version in Adobe cloud logon, just think the PayPal payment hasn't completed yet. Will keep you up to date.

Ahhhh okay, yes it's looking that way then perhaps. Definitely get in touch with them then, I probably wouldn't wait though but then again I'm impatient :lol:
 
Just a thought I'm sure you have tried this! Go to the Adobe website and log on with your email and password, through there you can manage apps/download LR and PS etc Im assuming you've done this to get the CC app?
