Hey all, hope you can help. I've got adobe bridge installed on my pc for viewing images before editing in photoshop. When viewing images it tells me the cache needs refreshing to view the rest of the images. I then have to refresh the cache and can view another 100 or so pics only to then have to refresh again. Ive done a disc clean and defragmented the pc and still the same issue? When the pc was new I didn't has this issue, it's only the last couple of months it's started playing up.... Any ideas??? The hard drive has plenty of free space too? Thanks in advance!

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I can use bridge on its own and the same will happen, even when I turn it on fresh and use bridge the system clogs up and I have to clear the cache again!

I've got about 25% free on a 300gig hard drive. Enough??? Maybe I should clear more stuff to the external hard drive again?

As for having the box 'checked' I will have a look and make sure. Other than that all I can think is uninstall and reinstall.

How much ram do you have fitted and which operating system are you using?

I'm using windows 7 and have (I think) 8g ram.

Thats plenty so I would say its most likely a disc space issue.

I too use win 7, 8 gig of ram and I have my main drive split into a C drive and Data drive, C has 113 GB free and D 105 GB, I have had no issues at all reviewing images in Bridge.
