Adobe account issue

When logging in to my Adobe account it is asking me to "start 7 day trial", but I have the photography plan and it's paid for (I've checked in the "my orders" section).

Anybody else have this issue?

It's on the same machine as it's always been...

Never had this issue but I find their live chat is really great at solving issues, best i've ever experienced.
