Adding metadata in Elements 7

Can anyone tell me if it's possible & if so, how to add metadata to images in PSE7? I've done it by batch processing in my very old E2 but can't seem to be able to find it on the newer version.

It needs to be done in the Organizer under File > write captions and metadata to file.
