adding borders !!!!!!

hi
what programs do you use to add borders to pics ?
im using psp9 but can only find a few options ,im just looking for a plain black border .
any help /advice would be helpfull.

Don't know about psp9, but in Photoshop it's a simple matter of extending the canvas all the way round by the required amount, and filling it with the colour of your choice. I imagine that most image processing programs will have an option to do something similar.

I use this very cheap PS script and find it great. Not sure about Paint shop pro though.
