That's not good netiquette and probably against the terms and conditions of their website. They could very easily block your website from showing their website and then you'd just be left with an empty frame.
 
I doubt you're going to do this without :

a) Some programming
b) Some money

Should be fairly easy to do with some image manipulation libraries in your server-side programming environment of choice.

Putting a part of someone elses website into a frame is extremely bad form.
