Yes, a little wind would have given some direction to the flag.
It is just the park opposite the road where we live. I can't get far at the moment as the ankle is all strapped up. It has been miserable, grey and raining most of the week to be honest so it was nice to see a little light that morning (was miserable and grey again today).
