Puts me in mind of a few years back recordings of computer helpline phone calls some beggared belief that some owners/users (if genuine) could be so.........how can I say this "how did they pass the Darwin test" and survive long enough to reach adulthood!

Indeed....back in the day had a few "put it back in the box" candidates.
Those helpline recordings held nothing that beggared belief for me unfortunately, could quite believe every one I heard sadly ; (

A bit off topic, but some of the distress radio traffic can be hilarious too, for people who don't know that the coastguard are required to ask (despite whatever has already been said) whether immediate assistance is requested...
