Actions on photoshop & Borders on photoshop

Got two questions.

Does anyone know anywhere you can get good actions for photoshop

and also when i make a border it cuts out my whole picture it sucksss what size do you guys usually use?

frankee, you need to expand the canvas size before you apply the border, so you're putting the border into empty space, not over your actual photograph.
