Acrylic Prints

I havent seen them before but they look quite good, my only concern is the size of the wall mounts, they look pretty big on the example.

In my price list at work these have appeared as "coming soon". I've no idea when they'll be available though.

Loxley Colour in Glasgow do these, not sure of costs or quality, but I'd imagine with Loxley the quality would be first class.

Thanks for the response guys.

What I was asking, however, was does anyone actually offer these to their customers as a print option? I'm thinking of offering these through my photog business, but not sure of how well they would be accepted by my customer base.

Plus, I've never seen one of these and was wondering about the quality, weight, etc...

Thanks!

The best thing for you to do is buy one and see for yourself what the quality is like, if you intend offering them for sale you'll need something to show the clients anyway.

On a personal note, it's not something that would appeal to me but I'm a bit of a traditionalist.

We offer them but they're quite expensive comparatively for what they are and with current buying trends it's not really practical but they're still an available option

we offer acrylic printing to our customers as well as other types of printing, it is expensive but if people want it then why not!

it is expensive. we do acrylics, but we cold laminate em onto the rears.
with a laminator from Hotpress laminators.
have a look at www.superframe.co.uk too.
not overly cheap , says wifeypoo. but weve got some for displaying stuff in the studio.

ive found a company in notts that supplies acrylic sheet to the industry. i,m talking to them nicely and hoping for some cash sales from them.
sorry , but £50+ for a 2 ft square of acrylic from some photographic suppliers is taking the weewee.for the price you have to sell em at, i'm suprised any sell.
