Accredited photographer?

I have uploaded a few pics to photos4me that I took at the LeMans classic 2012. They have rejected them because I was not an accredited photographer. Does any body know for sure if you are allowed to sell prints if your not accredited?

Usually terms and conditions of entry says photos are for personal and not commercial use.
