Its the right to the presumption of innocence and the right to a fair trial a very British right that Qatada was claiming, shame it took the ECHR to remind us.

We aren't trying him though - that's Jordan's problem , and their justice system is different to ours - if he doesn't like that he should have thought of that before he (allegedly) committed terrorist acts there - tough **** imo

as far as the uk is concerned he's an undesirable foreign national who we don't want on our soil - open and shut.

I will stand to be corrected but you weren't the first on this thread to confuse him with Hamza. Perhaps 'many' would be a better adjective.
