Just received my bargain ebay camera. It's a RICOH XR-2S with a Rikenon 50mm f1.7 lens. It is MINT! Wouldn't have been surprised to find it in its original box. Can't find a mark on it, everything appears to be working fine. Batteries in place and the metering seems to be as good as the day it was made. I'm a happy bunny.

I had a (third) Yashica Mat 124g delivered the other day - see my recent "6x6" thread - and I shall be testing that at the Vintage Nostalgia Festival tomorrow :)

I must put another roll through my Yashica Mat. Afraid it's not the 124G. I just love the feel of old camera, most of them. The styling is way better than nearly all the digital ones. Just tested the metering using a digital camera and it's just about right.
