Just announced in ASIA but expected to be announced in EU/UK soon

and not only will it cover the batter but the motors and all the associated electronics and not just the first owner.

Yes. Because

1. There's very little to go wrong. A few will but you can insure against that. Evs in general require little maintenance so it's not like the owners can forget to change the oil for 10 years and then claim on the warranty.

2. They need to do something to take market share off Tesla. My s is 6 years old. It had a CPU upgrade last week and it has things better than any EV on the market. Far Eastern breaks are catching up very fast but they need something to get over the "it's not a Tesla" hurdle. Just like Hyundai/Kia and their 7 year warranty. A firm fave with older drivers.
