I see that Camera Centre in Cardiff are in the new 20% off promo that's just started on eBay. While many of their film based prices are eye-watering, the Paterson film kit at £43.20 delivered and film/print kit at £71.20 delivered seem like decent buys using the code SAVINGS20 which is active until 28 Sept.

I guess that kit is only aimed at B&W. For the majority of my darkroom era, I processed colour and B&W with good value Patterson kit. Even my Durst colour enlarger was good value bought second hand. Best of luck!

For b&w film developing you only really need to purchase the reels and tanks. I use cheap plastic 1litre kitchen measuring jugs, a graduated "cocktail" measurer for anything under 100ml, fold back/bulldog clips for film clips, and a £2.99 eBay electronic liquid thermometer. A 10ml syringe is used for anything in the "few drops" range.

For b&w printing developing again you can DIY for the trays (plant trays, sandwich boxes, food trays etc) for your chosen paper sizes. A safelight is worthwhile buying but I've made one wrapping a red gel filter sheet (as used for stage lighting) around a small 12v florescent light (car inspection lamp).

I have bought a film squeegee last year but it's still in the packet as I've continued to use my fingers to get off excess liquid.

Of course all the stuff in those kits will work perfectly well. I like the AP tanks and reels - lees choice than Paterson in terms of number of reels a tank can fit be are a little cheaper. AP reels fit perfectly in Paterson tanks too.
