In 1 hr and 14 minutes I am due for a viva in front of Jo Metson Scott and Marcus Ross, I am a rubbish public speaker, really nervous and have to pitch for 10 minutes about my work, any tips??!

You didnt think to plan in advance? Sorry, thats not much use :p
 
Don't panic. Engage the listeners and talk to them - maintain eye contact.

That's the bit I can help with. The bit I can't is make sure you know your stuff. If you don't now it's too late.

i am prepared and have notes, been working on this thing for 3 months, its just the speaking part i cant do!!!! thanks for the tips

Always works for me, as they'll be wondering why you are smiling throughout the talk.

Talk more slowly and clearly than you think you need to - nerves tend to make people speak quickly and mumble!
 
lol thanks guys, it went okay i guess, was shaking so much i couldnt hold my notes still but both jo and marcus were really great, just so glad its over! thanks for all the advice guys :-)
