I am having a very strange issue where I cannot for the life of me get RAW files from an A7iii to display previews when uploaded to Adobes Creative Cloud storage and viewed on a browser or other device.
All other brands of RAW files and even an older Sony model all work ok, but when I upload the A7iii files they are just blank. The file is there and downloadable but no preview!
Adobe were literally no help and Ive been searching online but to no avail.
Everythings up to date, the Sony RAW codecs for Windows are installed, and I'm at a total loss.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or could anyone with CC see if they can successfully upload an A7iii Raw with a preview? The visible file in the pic is from an A6000
