A4 paper not straight

here's an odd one
I've been printing off our Christmas cards this year
Canon GP-401 Glossy Photo Paper (A4) - so none of yer rubbish
Picture on one side
text on the other (yes printed on the "back" very nicely!)
came to fold them in half and the edges don't line up!!!!

isn't that just a little strange?

used 3 packs of paper - all were the same

Paper feed nice and snug around the paper? I have had problems before with paper going in slightly wonky.

it's printed nice and square
just when you fold it the opposite ends aren't parallel!!!!!

Can you post some pictures of the paper flat, then folded so we can work out what the zorking hell is going on?

as if the guillotine blade wasn't quite perpendicular

when you say '3 packs', all the same make bought at the same time? If so, try some different ones if yoy have any, or run round to tesco and get some....could be a batch fault...

3 packs, same make (Canon GP-401), different batch, different shop, different time

mebbe plan B (alcohol) will make the problem go away

fortunately it's not a show stopper - the cards do stand up - and look like cards, just me being sober and picky :nuts:

I'd go back to the shop, raise a rucus, and demand rectangular sheets for my Xmas cards.
