Today marks one whole year on TP for me.:clap:

I stumbled across this place whilst looking for tips on how to pan, as I was going to Donnington and haven't looked back since. I have learnt so much, forgotton even more (terrible memory) and hopefully improved my photography and PP skills along the way.

Thanks to all of you who have commented on my pictures, assisted with my questions ( I remember a long thread about hypofocal focussing) and generally made this one of the only places I visit every day. :thankyou:

Here's to many more productive years on TP.

Hear, hear! I'd like to say the same thing too. A friend from another forum showed me TP a few months ago, and I've become quite addicted to it. Not a day went by without not looking in here, even if it's only for ten minutes. Whether it's looking at the lastest posted pictures or looking for tip, hints and ideas or even to post my own stuff, I just have to pop in here.
I haven't come across anything that beats TP. Oh other forums are available but they came across to me as being too "posh" and I felt out of place what with me just being a "fun" user.
The thing I like the most about TP is how it's all laid out neatly and easy to navigate, no flashy pictures and whizz bag javascript graphics to dazzle me. I always like to keep things as simple as possible and TP suits me right down to the ground.

Congrats on a year at the asylum :lol:
TP is definitely one of the best forums out there even though it has grown vastly since I joined. I feel like one of the family here so I'll still be here for a long time to come :D
