Hello y'all!
I'm Sari (30-something) from Mid Wales, originally from Finland. I've been a happy snapper since a kid, but still a beginner techniques-wise.
Now eager to learn more, so I'm here for information, hints and tips.
New friends would be nice too ;)

Wales has some amazing scenic locations so I don't blame you for moving here :) Head down to Brecon, it's about half hour away and some great scenery!

lived in Talybont-on-Usk for several years in parents cottage after they passed on

lovely country all around the Black Hills, Brecon and Abergavveny

Wales is an amazing country. I'll be sure to visit Brecon and many other places as time allows.

I've recently become a National Trust member. The locations have tons of suberb and exciting photo opportunites.

I've never heard of the Mach Loop. Googled, and it looks exciting!
