Right on my little finger. how the hell can something so small cause so much pain. it happend over 13 hours ago and it still is really painful. i cant use it at all :( Should be fun at Donington tomorrow!

tried using deep heat on it to numb it? or ice water?

Some cream? lol. Sounds like you used Whipped Cream or Double Cream xD.
 
See I keep telling everyone that wasps are really not that bad :D


Probably a bit late now Matt, but Piriton tablets are quite good
I always carry a pack when working

Pure Pyrethrum is good if you can get it liquid
( but bloody expensive)that you dab onto the area

A wasp did the same to me a few weeks ago while I was garderning.
I put some cream on and carried on doing the garden.
 
I got stung on my testicles by a wasp a few weeks ago.
 
Wasps - the skinheads of the insect-world...kill 'em all, I say...

The sting apparatus itself consists of a venom sac, which contains the venom, and a redundant egg laying tube which acts rather like the needle on a hypodermic syringe. This needle allows the wasp to curl up its abdomen, squeeze the venom from the sac into the sting apparatus, and inject the venom into the victim.

Years ago when i worked in the fruit market we got stung a lot,we used to get an onion & cut it in half & rub it on the sting.:):thumbs:

I got stung on the end of my "old man" I went and asked the doctor
to take away the pain but leave the swelling :thumbs:

True story.................
One guy I used to work with was looking for a nest, he had been given
the rough location
no way could he find it UNTIL HE GOT STUNG
the plonker was stood over the entrance hole and the wasps were
flying up his trousers he got stung a dozen times before he managed to get
his trousers off

Laugh? I almost wet myself
mind you, he is a bit of a F'kwit!

I had shorts on.

Guess it just flew up there, mooched around for a bit before getting irrate at being lost and did the dastardly deed.

I was walking at a fair pace so the movement prolly upset it.
