Hi There,
Just registered her ein the community and I plan to stop by more often in the future.
I'm a photographer from Germany who started to photograph at the age of fourteen when I bought my first SLR a Pentax ME super. Unfortunately I couldn't afford additioanl lenses at that time and as my eyes are also not the best I had always difficulties to get really sharp pictures. Then I collected some experience with a broad variety of digital cams starting with one which had a resolution of 640 x 480. In 2002 I got a Minolta Dimage 7i with 5 MPix which I just sold a couple of months ago.
I really started to pick up some a bit more serious approach to photography end of 2011 when I discovered Sony's Nex at that. So at Christmas 2011 I got my wife her Nex-C3 and shortly after that I bought myself a used Nex-5. Meantime we both upgrated to the already ancient Nex-5N.
I use the Nex-5N mostly with manual lenses with Canon FD mount. So I started at the beginning of this year to focus on using Canon FD 50mm 1:1.4 together with a MetaBones SpeedBooster at the Nex-5N.

I'm active since end of 2011 in a German speaking photo forum and now I'm looking to interact and become part of a more international community.
