A question about Amazon ratings.

Hi, just about to buy some cleaning cloths and wondered, no, really , I did , which of these ratings is the best?

So I've added a poll...

Don't just look at the star rating, read the text.
Sometimes the seller gets blamed for slow post, even though it was posted in good time.
Also read the item rating (review) the two should be separate, but quite often they are not!

Indeed, I've seen a number of numpties give one star because the post was delayed or they picked the wrong item.

Good point, guys. Just reviewed some feedback and the buyers clearly didn't know what they were buying or gave feedback based on delivery.

Just to elaborate a bit - look at the general ratings, if you get a load of five stars, a few fours and one or two ones, those usually are the angry people venting, but if you get a solid spread or a high number of bottom heavy ratings its usually a duffer - other than that remember its people rating this and people are generally daft
