yeah I am chuffed because from the first communication the seller was defensive and unhelpful.. but because it was listed as faulty I thought I had no chance and wasn't going to bother until you lot brought it up.. but because it had other faults than mentioned and the seller worded the listing suggesting all it needed was the card door taped shut eBay ruled in my favour.

I had an incident last Friday. I bought a TC from a dealer last week who stated it was in excellent condition with clear optics. When the TC turned up on Friday the middle element was full of fungus, about 80% or so. I went straight back to dealer and he said he had missed it , which maybe the case, but usually they are trying it on. It's good that the cover is there with Ebay and Paypal otherwise I would never buy there.

I would of(in a fair factual and just way) but I cannot as eBay have removed the sale, its like I never purchased it in the first place

That'll be the seller protection kicking in, you can have your money back but in ebay land the garden is rosy
