A problem with flickr

I didn't want to hijack the other Flickr thread so here goes

I've been having problems with photos disappearing, some times it's after a few hours but sometimes it when uploading. If I have tried to up load say 426 pics when 'compleat' I find out It only actually uploaded 317 so I then have to spend a lot of time sorting out which pics are missing and then upload them again, this although very time consuming usually works or I can just delete all the ics that uploaded and try again with them all. This also works and is quite a bit quicker.

I have been on to Flickr about this but no joy, they just said we will look into this ( I'm not holding my breath).
So has anybody else had this problem? Or even know what to do about it other than using a different site to host my photos :-)

Not sure stable is the best way to describe it but at the times I've had problems my router has never shown loss of connection.

I've ever tried doing uploading at different times of day but this hasn't shown any pattern to it. Sometimes it uploads all and sometimes it doesn't. One thing I will say is Ive never had this problem with Dropbox or even Facebook, I'm starting to think its me that's the problem as I seem to have problem with technology that nobody else in the house does lol
