A photoshop question

Is there something in CS2 that will convert a photo to a line drawing so its almost like a plan.
The idea behind this is so that I can take a photo of something I have made, convert it into the above and add dimensions for future reference.

PSP or elements is much better at that sort of thing straight out of the box as they come with this kind of filter built in.

In CS2 try using Filter/stylize/find edges. But you will need to combine this with other filters to get the effect you want.

After filter/stylise/find edges try image/ajustments/threshold, it's give a sort of line drawing effect.

Smart Blur has a nice Edge Detection and you can also blend with original image.

There are also numerous sketch actions ( free ).
