Yes
Just nipped into town today (Barnsley, South Yorks) and followed a bus for a while, with an advert on the back - nothing odd so far

Here's the number 0800 789 321

So what you're thinking

Well it's apparently the number for the "Confidential Anti-Terrorism Unit" - or some such, explaining that if you see anything suspicious you should call this number and report it

Oh FFS - now all the idiots will be calling it to report photographers along with train-spotters etc. :bang::bang::bang:

And in Barnsley too of all places - well known for our terror-cells we are  - is there no more important message the Government can put on a bus :shake:

I'm wondering why you were following the bus Dave. Were you trying to memorise the route for a potential terrorist attack on it?

<picks up the phone>

Yep - that's exactly the kind of twisted nutty mentality needed methinks :D

On my way back again I spotted another large vehicle that kept stopping by the side of the road with people getting on & off - that must be a terror cell at work if ever there was one

Firstly as someone else said, for what purpose were you following the bus - especially considering when I went into Barnsley yesterday I was able to get past the only bus very easily and I certainly was not scanning it for any confidential phone numbers ;)
Secondly did you take a picture of it.......

I can only assume you're some sort of bus spotter!

Next time I see the competition getting the shot I should have got I'll give them a bell! LOL

Is that not sort of encouraging people to use their mobile phones whilst driving? I mean if you were following said bus and spotted a potential terrorist set up with a tripod taking wide angle shots of a post box, wouldn't you want to phone it in straight away

Yeah,yeah,yeah..............;)

Look guys - I'm no pervy bus fancier right :D

It was busy, I couldn't overtake it ok !!!

:)

Now had you been in London, Manchester, Liverpool or similar I would have believed you - but sorry, Barnsley is not busy

What's the betting....

"All our agents are busy right now but your call is important to us"
"Please stay on the line and your call will be answered in turn"
"Alternatively, please call back later"
"Our office hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm Mondays to Friday"
dee-dah dee-dah-dee-dee
