"Defiantly" ? Not so sure about that.
Personally I would stick with some jquerry slideshow as you mostly have static content and text overlays and text slides. I am not convinced youtube is needed for this. Perhaps rethink placement of text boxes on more neutral image areas rather dead in the centre on people faces. It reduces readability amongst other things. But then I am the complete opposite creature to a typical bride
P.S. If you do youtube video - then show a sharp full HD footage. It looks very pixelated on 23" screen.
