It's been 10 days now since we started our new way of eating. It's not a diet, just eating better.
Every 10 days from now on, Chris will be sitting down and going through our new cookery books. He'll pick 10 recipes, then I go to the Tesco website and purchase all of the ingredients for home delivery. No more faffing around in Tesco for Chris. Not to mention there is now less chance of him coming home with the wrong items
.The first ten days were a real success, and I can tell you that Chris has 110% improved on his cooking skills! I think the recipe books are the key, as they are simple to follow and the images are appealing, yet realistic. I can not begin to tell you how alive my taste buds have become in the last 10 days.
Last night we had a Chinese takeaway. Afterwards it hit us just how bland it in fact was. No more crappy foods in this house thank you very much!
I'm going to try and document our journey for a healthier way of eating. So please check back for pictures of tantalising tasty meals, that will hopefully inspire you to.
