On the other hand, having the aperture adjusted surgically is rather uncomfortable... Fybogel is helping in avoiding yet another rebore, as is a higher fibre diet than before the first.

(Only had 3 ops and in order of preference, I'd least like to have an ingrowing toenail dealt with, then a haemorrhoidectomy and would prefer another forehead peel and skull opening!)
 
Haven't we sussed yet that this is likely just a guy trying to sell an app?
