For about the 5th day running now I have been witnessing a magnificent sight every morning between 7 and 9am. The flock of Fieldfares and Redwings has been growing in numbers daily and they are going for all the berries in one of our trees.
Now I'm frustrated because I am currently between zoom lenses
I sold my Sigma 70-300 the other week, and my 70-200 L is coming (hopefully) on Saturday. Trouble is that I'm not sure the berries will last that long. And every day I try my best with my nifty fifty, and wind up just getting completely peed off that I can't get close enough
Anyone out there with a big zoom want to come and make the most of these fellas while they are still around?
I'll even throw in a frothy coffee or two
/end rant.
