Predictions the we could have a bit of a last summer next week
As they can't get the weather right for tomorrow I'm not banking on it

But after the last few weeks of the cold and rain and being ill, I'm hoping to get out, no set plan yet

Anyone else making plans ?

Predicted to hit 25 deg here next week...

Plans? not turning the heating on and not removing the fan from my room lol

Who cares? I'm back to work next week after nearly a month off. The bloody weather'll be the last thing on my mind.:shake:

I hope its good next week, on a photo holiday on the Isle of Wight. ;)

Indeed, summer-ish like conditions will be returning to the bulk of England and Wales as we go into the weekend and more especially in the first half of next week. That's when temperatures could get up to 24 C over the South of the UK by the middle of next week.
But (yes, there is that obligatory "but"), the longer nights mean it can cool down quite easily and as winds fall calm, mist and fog may start to become an issue by night time and into the morning. With that to mind it may not be all wall-to-wall sunshine.
But whenever the sun does actually stay out for long enough in the afternoon then it will feel pleasently warm for this time of year.
There are signs of it breaking down with more in the way of Autumnal-type conditions by next weekend but it is look set to do so in a quiet and subtle fashion rather than go all stormy and rough.

Been lovely down here all day (well, not raining!) and still 18 C outside. Even treating ourselves to a glass of Ouzo - usually a summer only treat!

Mostly gray and overcast in London

Warm but overcast here again - 20 outside this lunchtime, so we had the top down after our walk along the sea front.

hope it stays warm for the weekend i'm taking the wife to bideford bay for a couple of days
never been there before but the wifes feeling a bit down so i'm hoping it'l perk her up a bit just hoping the weather is kind to us

After what has been a rather boring and overcast weekend and it remained dull even this morning, the sun finally came out at midday. That lead to a gorgeous afternoon with clear blue skies. Even felt warm in the sunshine as I sat on the west-facing front door step with the paper.

One thing to watch out for are mist and patchy fog as we go into the night, keep an eye out for that if you are doing any cross-county driving tonight.
