Today at work we were told that the best attendance records would be put in to a 'draw' and whoever got picked would be given a brand new car (of your choice) to the value of £20k :thumbs: Several people complain "It's not fair, I have this, I have that etc... etc..." Then try to dictate the rules :thumbsdown: So the company says OK, forget it! .... Some people are so stupid :shake:
 
It's best really ,they might pick one of these.....

Its always the same,1 or 2 make their mouths go and it spoils it for everybody else.
 
Why is it that the minority are always the voices most heard ?

As has been said, its always the same 1 or 2 who spoil it for the rest.
 
due to excessive whining and bitching from the minority of employees, the rest of you will not be placed into a prize draw to win a serious amount of new car....

20 years ago the owner of the company my wife worked for chartered 2 boeing 737s and flew all the emplyees, their wives and families to sweden for a day trip to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the founding of the company.

some of the workers were heard moaning about it being on a bank holiday monday and how they should have a day off as well when they got back, it must have cost him £100,000

:D Some people are really 'out of reality' Interestingly those who complained already get full sick pay as salaried staff and all were office workers :thinking: those who work on the shop floor don't get paid and none of them complained? .... so my take on this is they want to take a few days sickie, get paid and feel upset that they are somehow being discriminated against ... (also all were female :thinking:)

Right now I'm feeling your pain. We're not a big company but told the staff that they could each get a day off, paid, not counted as holidays etc, to go Christmas shopping. One of them's came back complaining that it's too early to buy the christmas veg so can she get another one :bang::bang:
