A colourspace question. What is happening here? Very odd!

Got a strange (to me) problem concerning this image:-

What colour do you see the paper strips?

It is wallpaper we could call sky blue in colour.
Shot on a Canon 5D3 set to Adobe RGB colour space.
Imported into Lightroom as 16 bit ProPhoto RGB.
Exported from there direct to CS6 and it shows as 16 bit RGB.
When I've finished I exported via the File>Scripts as both 8 bit JPEG and 16 bit TIFF. Both showing as RGB.
When I open the folder with Windows and look at the preview the colour is blue.
I've uploaded to Flickr and on my PC the colour is blue on my monitor when looking at flickr.

Fine so far. Now the trouble starts.
If I click on "Slideshow" in windows the colour changes to purple.
If I run either the JPEG or TIFF through Faststone Photo Resizer the output is purple.
If I look at my flickr pages on my Android phone the colour is purple.

So what colour do you see it?

I did post the image into a thread on here by means of BB Code from flickr but the colour I see is blue on my monitor. On my Android the colour is purple.

On my monitor the colour of the paper is blue and as close to the original as I need. Can't be my monitor giving false readings.

So somewhere in the processing the colour is changing. From my numpty point of view everything looks to be set right. So what is going wrong?

Thank you. I've no idea where you got all that info - that's very scary!!!!

Saving as sRGB?
If I run file>scripts then I have the option to convert to sRGB.
If I run Save As the only colour profile available to me is ICC Profile ProPhoto RGB
If I look in Image>Mode RGB is selected with no option to choose sRGB.

My images come from LR which prefers ProPhoto, so how do I convert to sRGB without running File>scripts?

File->Export is the way to export images in LR.

Thanks. When I export from Lightroom I have it set to export as sRGB. How do I do that from within CS6? I can't find the option in there. I presume it's there, but not where I'm looking.

Forget that. I've worked out a way of doing it which will suffice. A bit cumbersome, but good enough for me. Thanks for your help.
