I just found it a bit ironic, when the PAS offers advice about both private and company pension schemes, but the boss doesn't seem to be able to take care of his own finances.

The 2 businesses mentioned in the article seem to be in USA & Kenya (not that it matters) but do the same rules apply as here? (genuine question as I've no idea)
