3 for me too.

xxxxx wasn't the best start and xxgxx didn't seem to improve things much but the letters that had been eliminated didn't leave many choices!
 
4 today. Blank start and then reusing a wrong letter on second didn’t help :(.

Not done today's yet but yesterday's story..................


I wasn't really getting it yesterday. I didn't think it would be such an obvious word.

We have 2 parrots who have quite a vocabulary between them. I was on my 3rd guess and our African Grey shouted 'hello', so I tried it.

2 today! XOOOX left only one possible, according to WORDLEBOT, and certainly I could only think of one or two others that might be possible but are plurals which I know Wordle doesn’t like.
 
An other 3 for me 2Y, 1G 3Y followed by some head scratching and a few splinters and I could still only come up with one word to fit 5G.

4 today but a bit of struggle to an unlikely word I think.
 
5 for me too.

gxxxx, gxxxx, gxxyx, gggxy and only one option I could think of.
 
4 today 2Y, 3Y, 3G 1Y which was literally 4G and I just couldn't think of a word that would fit with the letters I had left so just went with with most likely sounding 5G.
