yes a letter can occur more than once in the word.So I'm new to this. I've just had a go and now may be hooked
I managed it in 3 but it took me ages to think of a word that could fit that final one. Must be beginner's luck.
If so, it was
1Y
1G, 2Y
5G
Can two letters can be the same? That must make it harder.
Yes, and I get the impression (impression only!) that if O occurs there’s a fairly high likelihood that it’s OO.So I'm new to this. I've just had a go and now may be hooked

I *think* I found that both US and the correct spellings may be accepted as valid words (not the same as being possible ‘wns’) but obviously many will be excluded, eg color is OK but the correct colour has too many lettere. As has been said, there can be 2 (or more... [melee?]) of the same letter in the word. US spellings too. Not sure if there are UK spellings on there if the US one is different.
has anyone had a 1? That would be really flukey!3 today, but so nearly. 1. OOOXO left only 2 words and of course I picked the wrong one so OOOXO again and finally OOOOO.
I think there are around 15000 words in the list so it’s not impossibly unlikely provided your starter word is in the list!has anyone had a 1? That would be really flukey!![]()
How is 5,5,5, not a run? ㋡I’m not having a run. Another 5 today.
