Yet another 5 for me. I think I see a pattern emerging!!!

The problem with hard mode is that you MUST use correct guesses every further guess. I play on a touchscreen laptop and yellow and green guesses are show as such on the on-screen keyboard, with blanks recorded as grey.

Same whatever you play it on, Nod. On a pc you click on the on-screen keyboard. I'll try out hard mode tomorrow. If it doesn't do what I think it'll do I have 3 other devices I can start again on................

Yay! A 4 for me today.

Back to 5 for me.

I’m putting a lottery ticket on, 2 today :D
Lightning never strikes in the same place twice, same with luck. Your chance of winning the lottery just got worse — if you buy a ticket that is

4 today.
The novelty is wearing a bit.
I'm not giving it the consideration I once did.

Back to 4 but 'hard mode' saved me from myself. Why when I seen a green letter do I immediately want to put it somewhere else? Think my brain has finally fried itself. I'll blame the frustration of trying to make a payment via Paypal without an account.
Maybe this belongs in WBMT but 3 times I tried to make a payment on the 'pay by credit or debit card' screen. 3 times went though all the card stuff then I couldn't 'pay now' without creating an account. Tried again, got a slightly different screen that 'invited' me to create an account but otherwise 'no thanks', 'pay now' and job done. Did nothing different. Do PP do it deliberately to wear you down?

I treat it as brain training and attack it as fast as possible, usually finishing in under 2 minutes, if not faster. By the time I've posted the score here, I've usually forgotten the solution!

3 for me too, in about 20 seconds. 4y as a first guess, converted to 3g and 1y (effectively 4gs as far as the next guess went) leaving just one word that I could think of as the solution.
