And yet another 4. At guess 3 it was 3G and 2Y - so it was a “Les Dawson” day - all the right letters, just not in the right order :D
 
A frustrating 4 today with no yellows and plenty of options for the last two letters.

Edit to say don’t bother with the below because they changed the way it works while I was posting!


I’ve managed to get the “challenge” working (Though only after I started posting here for help! ㋡
For example a result produces this (posted as image as otherwise it goes mad):

But the link says “4-letter”and goes to a 4 letter challenge where the answer is a 5 letter word!

However, changing the 4 to a 5 in the link produces a working 5 letter challenge to the original word, thusly:

An English (ie what they like to call British) dictiomary choice has appeared.

However the ‘writing’ on the delete key has vanished.
 
I suck at this, and normally I'm good at word games, I enjoy Lingo on ITV and I applied to go on it last year.
 
5 today after a 1G+1Y start.
 
Back to 4 again.

Nothing, 1G +2Y, 4G (because there was a choice of 2 letters :rolleyes: ) 5G!
 
5 today, I found that one quite difficult :confused:
 
6 today, 1G, 1G, 1G + 1Y, 2G+1Y, 4G, 4G, 5G ... lucky guess of a few single letter options

Back to normal, 4 today. 1Y, 2G 1Y, 3G, 5G.
 
Got it in 3 this morn, had 2 G 2 Y on second guess
 
Not so good today. 5. Had 4 greens but there were a few options for the last letter and I should have worked through them in a different order. Obviously :LOL:
This was immediately after spending ages to get nerdle in 4 so at least I had no hair left to tear out
Do that one then go to wordle thinking 'this will be easy now' - big mistake ;)
 
I try Wordle pretty much as soon as I get on t'interweb and that's usually when I'm 1/2 asleep (or more!) If I've blanked after 2 guesses, I wait until after at least one cup of coffee.
 
It's become part of my morning routine before work, coffee on, open up wordle, solve it over coffee then hit the triple 'sh' in the bathroom :D
 
FAIL for me today! Had 3 green after 3 tries but had a total brain fart when it came to filling in the blanks.

In other news, I have given up on nerdle already. I am able to complete them, but get no enjoyment out of it at all.
 
A tough 4 that one, was almost a 5 but got a bit lucky

Didn't think I was going to get it today, last guess made it!

2Y, 2Y, 2G, 1Y + 2G, 3G !!!! finally 5G after a fair bit of brain strain!
 
Normal 4 again. 2Y, 3Y, 3G. 5G. Third guess narrowed it down and luckily I guessed right.

Annoyingly had 3 wrong guesses without improving on 3G :banghead:
