I am keen to start using 8x10 film and can figure out everything with the exception of processing.

Does anyone here have any experience regarding this. If so, please let me in on your secrets.

Not much experience of that size, however If you already have the chemicals and equipment there isn't a great deal of difference in processing just using more chemicals and a larger tank.

Great article Stephen. I would just add that if you go for the Stearman 10x8 tank, they are just under £200 new (i stumped up the price as I found none secondhand), and are rather curious internally with baffles and supports for the film and liquids, but seem pretty good.

I got one (despite having other systems) because it was convenient being able to process 5x7 and 13x18 together. I use both sizes, and find not having to use two different reels if it's only a couple of sheets handy.

As a disclaimer, since E6 is in the header, the only E6 I've processed was in 35mm. Colour presents more challenges in terms of maintaining temperature, and I may need to expand a little on options for that.
