This is not 7dayshops fault, but a delay due to RM workers action.
It beggars belief to me why people slag RM off and think other companies are better.
I can sent a letter to ANY address in the Mainland Britian for under 40p, name another company that will do that.
1. Because the management are clueless.
2. Talk to any postie or read the leaflets they've been handing out with regard to why they have been taking strike action.
2. We no longer get early morning post because management changed the start and finish times of the posties so they cannot get out to do deliveries early.
3. Management have decided to phase out the use of bicycles yet many posties still use them.
4. Management have forced staff to use their own cars to take out deliveries.
5. There are companies who want to take over Royal Mail, the infrastructure is already in place and so are the staff.
God knows I've had my fair share of moaning about items being delayed due to the strike action but like it or loath it, many RM staff enjoy the job they do, take pride in getting their deliveries done in good time but they are frustrated at the way management are treating them.
There will be staff cuts with the changes management are making, even though RM are in profit.
Yet more people forced to claim unemployment benefit which won’t restore faith in our economy and another headache for our government.
You need to look at the bigger picture...
